Year 6 Investigating World War Two

This week, Year 6 have been investigating World War Two - in particular, The Battle of Britain. In our history session, we used primary sources to find out about the significant factors which led to Britain winning The Battle of Britain. We then decided on the most and least important factors and explained our choices. In Geography, we created maps using a key to show the Allies and Axis countries. After this, we discussed which invasion route from France to the UK would have been the most effective plotting these on our map, explaining our reasons why.
