Year 4 Spaghetti and Marshmallows Challenge

Year 4 started their DT unit off with a building challenge! Children had to use their collaboration skills to try and build the tallest tower using the only materials available (spaghetti and marshmallows). After designing and making the towers, they were judged by Mr McMillan based on their height, appearance and ability to support weight. Mrs McGuire judged how strong and tall the towers were too. Children then evaluated their builds to help them improve their design.
