Year 2 journey through Australia

This week we began our journey 'through Australia'. The children were given lots of clues and had to work out which animal had arrived in our classroom because their habitat in Australia had been destroyed. Everyone worked fantastically in their teams to reveal... Koalas! We have named them Coco the Koala and Cloud the Koala.

We have also been having fun identifying equal and unequal parts in maths.
