What a buzz around the school this afternoon as children took part in their chosen book activities.
Children who took part in Mrs Gregory's activity worked together to create their own ‘Miniature Paradise Gardens’ after sharing the book Paradise Garden by Collin Thompson. The picture book is one of Mrs. Gregory’s favourites as it can be enjoyed together by our youngest and oldest children. Synopsis: In the quiet of a great garden, away from the noise and fumes of the city, Peter finds the peace and contentment that is missing from his home life. Yet just as summer turns to winter, so must Peter return home but his paradise garden goes with him.'
